Humidity in the cap/rotor? Check if they are worn out. Perhaps the humidity is making it jump

I have a 90 240 and can tell you, no.
They are equipped with obd1 which is a small box under the hood with a button and jumper. Quite different from the obd 2, still usefull.
If the price and condition are good go for it. Its a great car. A real workhorse.

Yeah that was my guess i had checked that fuel was coming out but lack of pressure tester stopped me from checking further. I will jump the pumps to make sure they are both working and will report my findings. Thanks for the help

Well I had checked the fuel rail and gas was coming out when I would turn the key. What confuses me is to why the car would turn off as soon as I press the gas pedal.....

Hi everybody quick question, I can't get it start.
Today I got it to go for a few seconds by spraying some gas into the air intake. However, it will shutdown as soon as I press the gas pedal?!
Ive been told it could be my iac valve... Any ideas what the problem is.

Hey, I'm new here so sorry if I'm in the wrong place or asking stupid questions. I found a nice 1990 740 turbo intercooler but with the engine and transmission ripped out. It originally had a manual transmission but i wanted to put an automatic tranny instead will there be many problems?? thanks alot.
