Ok, I found the culprit:
My fan knob has a shortage of all things. When I push up on it, it connects and the fan blows perfectly. When I rerelease, it the blower stops working.
Thanks everyone!

1996 Volvo 854 - Blower Motor
Hello to all,
I just replaced my manual climate control resister and my blower motor and replaced 2 fuses. I'm getting no response from my blower at any fan speed setting (4). Any ideas of what I did wrong or what I could be missing?
Thanks!

Re: What's your average Highway fuel economy?
My 1996 Volvo 854 gets 35 mpg highway when I drive 60 mph or less.

Re: Attempting 850 speaker replacement.
Greetings! I'm new here so forgive me if I make mistakes. I have a 1996 Volvo 854 and was wondering if anyone has taken the front-door speakers from another 850 and they fitted in the rear-doors? Thanks!
