Pulled the LF wheel & liner to inspect the Purge valve under the fender by the door, found the 90* hose on top of the canister had a crack I couldn't see from underneath. One more source out of the way.

I believe it was leaking from the wires feed thru. I potted it with Seal All. Definitely a vacuum leak for the tank press. Time will tell if there's any other source leak.

Do you gentlemen think it may be leaking FROM the Wires where they go into the pump causing the fuel to leak out & the Vacuum leak also?

Anyone happen to have a wiring diagram to the Purge valve? I don't see the connector ANYWHERE. I guess likely that was removed as well. I can build my own harness. Just need to know where it goes.

The $25 MAF works as advertized. Nothing wrong with used parts that work. A smoke test will not detect all problems. To wit: I found that the Canister Purge shut off valve is MISSING. The hose was spliced so smoke would not be escaping to show a problem. But not having the valve there means its open...

Repaired my PVC system. The system had garden hose and plastic pipe with no clamps. Huge vacuum leak there. That's all fixed. Replaced the O2 with a new bosch, ($20 ebay), Replaced the MAF with a good used Bosch unit off ebay $25. Put it all back to gether. Now getting 17.5 mpg city vs 14.5 before. ...
