Can anybody better explain the use of a feeler gauge on the rear end speed sensor? I am wondering if the shop replaced te sensor but didn't shim is properly

I have looked that over a bit. If I understand correctly, 311 refers to trans speed sensor, and 232 is differential speed sensor? I would like to get this right the first time, i don't want to go replacing incorrect sensors

Cruise control is not functioning

So the tcm is showing the 2-3-2 code, for missing signal from speed sensor. Does this refer to the sensor on the rear axle or the sensor on the side of the trans??
