I need a suspension overhaul on both front and back of my XC-70. I'm having a hard time justifying the cost of a four-C overhaul vs a good OE replacement considering the age and mileage of the car.

Can the Four-C suspension be taken out and replaced with non-Four-C? I assume the dashboard will light up but is there anything else I should be concerned with.

Have a look at the purple data wire connector (not sure what it's called) from fan to ECU. Mine had failed and caused hours of searching for the cause. I ended up cutting out the Volvo connector and added my own.

I used the A frame so my roof rack wouldn't extend past the side mirrors. I wanted to keep it compact as possible. I was also transporting 1 of those plastic 3 man Coleman canoes that was fairly wide.
