An Update

I returned the CEM to Xemodex and sure enough the fuel pump relay was bad. Re-installed the CEM tonight and car started right up.

I still may need to check into my fuel pump installation since the fuel level is not indicating correctly but that can wait at least a few days.

I removed the CEM. I'll try to contact Xemodex tomorrow for warranty repair. I will post whether or not I get a response from them

Thanks Jimmy I have replaced the fuel pump so I know that is not it. I couldn't determine it was actually bad but I wanted to eliminate it as a root cause the fried the PEM in first place. The relay is inside the CEM on this year of car.

After a frustrating week of trying to get Vida to install I finally have it working. The Dice/Vida 2014a DVD from Aliexpress had a corrupt file DiagSWDLRepository.zip and it would not extract causing the "Vida Not Ok" message. Looking through the Vida install log it would say invalid block...

Good news is I received the Volvo Vida DICE today. Hopefully it works and I can pull the codes tonight.
