Look for a little rubber plug in the speedometer face. You may be able to reset it just by pressing in on the plug, but what I do is pull the plug out with a needle nosed pliers and press the button behind it with a wooden skewer.

Found it!

The relay board is up on edge inside the console, facing out toward the right-side footwell. You have to drop the big plastic doodad from under the dash on the right side to get to it. 1991 940 SE - where's the fuel pump relay?

It's not behind the ashtray! The fuses on this car are at the end of the dash on the driver's side. Apparently the 1991 940 SE is a little "different"...
