If it is crud on the throttle plate, I've had good results using SeaFoam intake cleaner before.

Update: I replaced the siren module and the battery still goes dead after only 2 hours. I cut open the old siren module and the circuit board was fried from the leaking battery which corroded off the positive and negative connector leads.

A lot of things could cause this unfortunately. Without a code it will be hard to start diagnostics. Does anything look unusual in the engine bay? If the turbo or waste gate died, performance would suffer a lot. It would still run smooth but have almost no power compared to normal. Any strange noises?
