Hello. Does anyone know, is there a certain procedure to follow when I change the battery in my 96 850? Am I going to have the computer reset or something like that if I only take out the old one and hook up the new?

Bill, thanks alot for your fast reply. So I'm wondering, if the tank is full do I have a faulty sensor? If I disconnect it or cut the wire, will the dash light go off? Is it something that maybe could be taken out and cleaned ? Thanks you!
