When it's raining here in Portland, OR, and there's standing water on the road, my car emits a high pitched whine. It stops when I slow down the car. Any ideas what this is?

There is no gradual lowering of the temperature. It's hot, then it's cold.

The AC does not cycle on and off. When I idle, it doesn't get cold. In fact, it's blowing out hot air. I looked at the topics that Matt has, and I didn't see my problem. Is that what the sticky is?

Well, that's over my head. How do you remove the A pillar trim? I pulled it away a bit from the glass, and put the clip in, but it's not snug against the glass.
