V90's or S90's with mudflaps may not be common but they exist.

Evidently there are at least two different rear mudflap kits. The number that you have found 9134332 seems to be for older cars.

My rear mudflap kit is part number 9134612 and the kit contains mudflaps 9134617 and 9134616 plus rivets and screws.

Volvo Part Warehouse says the kit fits the following:
Volvo 940 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998
Volvo 960 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997
Volvo S90 ...

I will take a photo and do my best to post one around this time tomorrow.
