I have a 99 S70 volvo 5t.... My ETS lights came on and I need some one to help me to understand what I need to do 1st. Is it a fuse? Is it expensive to get fixed? and Do anyone have a DIY instruction. Thanks in advance

It looks like i can put that radiator hose on myself. Is there anything special that needs to be done? like use some kind of pressure to keep air bubbles out or what?
