So i screwed up, i ordered a sensor off ebay that you splice into your old wires and use. well that sensor got lost, a little frustrating but i decided if i was going to buy another that i would get the bosch one this time and so i did, the picture looked the same and it said it fit the volvo 850......

Hey as the title says my check engine light seems to randomly come on but the weird part is no code shows up. I always have someone who can check it right away in the passenger seat and I know both the obd 2 port in the car and the reader work properly. Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks!

I have a leak in my flex pipe that I'm replacing and during this job I broke the larger spring bolt on the heat shield. All the other bolts came off fine. I'm wondering what my options are when it comes to the heat shield, do I need it? if I reinstalled it without that bolt would there be a serious ...

No I just have a regular visor but I could see something similar to that draining it.

Update! I got the new symptoms sorted out, they were my own stupid fault... I forgot to plug the fuses back in haha :lol: I also had an electrician friend come over and he confirmed that the central locking relay was the cause of the drain coming from fuse 6, so off to the junk yard for a new relay....

new symptoms! I was driving today and there is a faint chime, no interior lights come on and I know i put it all back together right haha

After looking at the wiring diagrams it seems like most if not all of the wires come through the firewall harness (is that right?) connectors 24/13B(yellow bar blue blug) and 24/2B. so I went through and pulled all the door bulbs out one by one and tested to see if they reduced the draw, I also checked the over head lights and the light for the arm rest. the rear red door lights when pulled dropped the amp draw by 5 micro amps. Could the lights in the visor be drawing power? if...
