Sounds like you're missing the nozzle (PN 30634270):

Some bolts are torque to yield (TTY) bolts that stretch/deform when tightened. These type of bolts shouldn't be reused
If the bolt isn't TTY and the threads are in good condition, then I'd reuse it with blue threadlock

If the front LCA bushings are indeed dead, consider using poly replacements. No binding issues and they will outlast rubber. FCP and eEuro sell easy to install versions

Spark plugs were replaced as soon as I got the car. There were autolites in it before. I put in single prong Volvo plugs. I'm not sure which ones exactly, and I did not gap them. I have not done the coils. It is not misfiring.
Not sure if this is the cause but I've read that NA engines are picky ...
