Re: 94 850 GLT - A/C High Pressure Switch test
I found an easy way to eliminate the high pressure switch. The clutch relay already has power and works off of being grounded by the computer. Take the ground side of the relay and ground it to the battery or wherever. Then take the small power wire and put it loop with the low pressure switch. AC w...

Re: p0243 after maf replaced

Going to have to wait a week or so the do the wires , cap and rotor.Strange that it ran so well for a day. Going to let it si...

Re: SAS removal walkthrough(No CEL!)
I am curious if you can just put something on the plug at the pump motor to make it think it is running?

Re: p0243 after maf replaced
New plugs did the trick. Still need to do wires and the rest but that will have to wait a couple weeks.I wouldn't call this car fast but it has NO problem getting on the freeway!

Re: p0243 after maf replaced
Car ran good last night with the original maf. Full boost and all was well. But on my way to work the cel came back but now with a few misfire codes. Was bad enough that the cel was flashing. Tune up is on the to do list but right now my money has to be spent wisely. Tune up or possibly still a maf ...

Re: p0243 after maf replaced
Installed original maf and the car seems to be running ok. So the original maf code was due to the intercooler being broken and the p0243 was due to a bad maf sensor. I think that this was backwards and that's why I got confused. Learned my lesson on ebay parts!

Re: p0243 after maf replaced
That's what I was afraid of. I hope I can get my money back on this ebay crap. I think that the first sensor was just bunk. The second is making the emc freak out by making it think its boosting 25lbs when its really only 5. Where is the best place to get one for a good price?

p0243 after maf replaced
I bought the car recently. Had a maf code and then replaced sensor with a cheapie one. Ran a little better but noticed the huge crack in the intercooler so I replaced it. I had bought a cheap boost gauge to see what boost I was running and only got 5psi max. With my cheap scanner I noticed there was...
