Thank you for the replies. Replaced bulbs in both sides and checked fuses. All were fine. Still no low beams. I hate to say it, but I think I'm going to have to take it somewhere.

I received the message and the passenger side bulb was out. We replaced it, and two days later I got the same message, and they are now both out. Thinking it's a little two coincidental.
