I looked at the fuses and they were all fine, none were numbered or coded to the heater/AC system however. The same is true under the hood. I did replace the ECC resistor in the fan air box months ago and it worked briefly.

Thanks, my son came by with the car tonight and now there is never power to the ECC unit. I've change the unit twice with junkyard units with no success. Everything else works, so it just seems to be power to the ECC unit...?

My climate control panel is dead when the key is on and car running, but on Acc mode the panel is alive...anyone had this problem?

I can also pull up the pdf diagram, but the link to fix the module is not functioning. My 2000 S40 fan stopped completely now, and the air never got warm. I'm hoping the module also controls the temperature (?)
