P0420 and P0430 upstream sensors no voltage
My 08 XC90 3.2 has check engine light on with codes P0420 and P0430. I'm trying to read live data on my obd2 scanner but I only have data from the downstream O2 sensors nothing from the upstream on both banks. So maybe I have faulty O2 sensors? I'm closing the thread as I finally have my a/c blowing cold air again. It was a defective solenoid that was replaced by the vendor

The compressor is either not turning on or it is internally worn/damaged. The low side should drop to about 30 with compressor engaged on and high side will be about 2x ambient temp in F. so of its 80F -and compressor is running you would ecpect to see 30 low and 160 or higher on high side.
