seat swap

As I know vey little of the 940 series, I seek a little help. I'm curious to see if the 940(Wagon seats) could be swapped(transplanted) into an 850 wagon, without a mass of hassle & hard work. Any suggestions and advice would be gratefully received. Thanks

front seat swap over

Hi guys, just a quickie. Does anyone know if the front seats(or even all of them) from a '93/94 940 fit into a '94 850, without a massive amount of physical changes taking place.
Secondly, any ideas as to the value of the 940's seat,(cloth, good condition) might be.
Thanks in anticipation

Solid state unit in 850 alarm system(OEM), where is it located

I've been having problems with the Klaxon/hooter for the alarm system. When alarm is triggered, indicators flash all round but hooter did not sound! Removed hooter and tried it out of circuit, works fine. Checked the connector at the end of the wiring, 'NO POWER". Looking at the alarm circuit d...

Circuit diagram for Alarm, in particular, the hooter(siren)

850 alarm circuit. "With just a little help from my friends" Has anyone the electrical circuit diagram for this? The alarm works, when triggered(hazards flashing) BUT hooter/siren remains silent. Checked hooter(removed from circuit), works Any and all advice, suggestions are welcome.

vacuum lines

Can anyone help with a schematic of the vacuum lines on a '95 850 S/Wagon. The head was removed(1 0r 2 broke then) : :( : but when refitting in inlet manifold is when things turned pear shaped. :x :x I guess 26 years in the heat of Africa has not been kind to them, a lot are very brittle.

Re: Failure to clear code 122 - cruise control

I believe that's a pre mph requirement code. What's the real issue? Cruise not working? Yes, it fails to engage, I normally select it around 75/78Kph(near to 50Mph) but it does not come in. It is in the OFF position most of the time - not left ON - as this may pick up a "low speed signal"...

Failure to clear code 122 - cruise control

It was working fine before I replaced Part A of the OBD, failed to engage some little while later and now will not reset :!:

Re: OBD (Part A) replaement 95 S/W None Turbo

Gary, thanks for the response. Yes I have (printed most of it). Not initially ( removed - batt terminal for about 10 mins), replaced it, now the OBD seems to be responding - in the main. On one or two positions I have no or strange results i.e. selecting Pos A7when the button is pressed, the lamp fl...
