I replaced both sensors and the car runs amazing now. It’s been running good for a few weeks and no more codes. So at least that solved my p1171 issue. I hope this helps others. Thanks everyone for the help.

Vacuum lines are ok a bit crusty but no cracks or chips. I did get a second code today o2 sensor bank one sensor 2. So I’m waiting to get the money and buying a new o2 sensor and see what that does. It’s definitely dumping gas because the whole car will real of fuel and the exhaust smells real rich....
