Installed the new pump (Dorman 699-002), tested pump activation with VIDA, and error code gone so far.

The new pump also sound much quieter than the previous one the dealer put on. Before it used to make a high pitched whine and was able to hear inside the car.

The car works fine otherwise no other error codes from VIDA. I checked the xemodex flowchart before I had it looked at by a professional. I checked the fuse. All looked good. DEM is receiving 12v. When I tested the pump it didn't sound consistent and reported 0.1 ohms. The dealer agreed to check out the issue further to get it fixed. Scheduled to go in on Monday. They did say they replaced the filter when they installed the new pump.
