Not saying this is your issue, but some similarities.
I'll have a look at the bottom. That would make sense. Thank you for the info.

Re: 1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

So the car stopped doing that problem on its own after the battery was disconnected for a week. I've been trying to put miles on it this weekend to see if the computer learns something it doesn't like. But now I have low boost, and it's been creeping down the more I've been driving it. It was at abo...

Re: 1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

It could be a vacuum leak. Even though I've replaced several vacuum lines, I know I didn't get them all though. I'm gonna pick up a vacuum test gauge next weekend when I'm home again. I've been messing with it today, but I have to drive back to college for the week. Thank you everyone for the advice...

Re: 1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

I do have bougicord plug wires. I have cleaned the maf, it read about 4.0 g/s and I also tried unplugging it. When I unplugged it the car just stalled. I do have a Bosch cap and rotor that are not corroded. I did replace both upstream and downstream o2 sensors with Bosch units. I'm still looking for...

Re: 1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

I have tested resistance on plug wires, and all were in range. I did plugs 5k ish miles ago. It runs smooth, until I ask it to accelerate. There are no codes with it, and it doesn't sound like a misfire. Just sounds like it's hitting a rev limiter at 2k. I haven't had a compression gauge on it, but ...

Re: 1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

I have actually replaced some vacuum lines from the tcv. I checked fuel pressure with a gauge off the rail, then with a scanner I mapped the short term fuel trim and the computer is dumping fuel into the motor. The exhaust does flow freely, the cat was replaced recently and I cut the pipe slightly a...

1995 850 Turbo acting n/a and running rich

Ok. So I've been trying to figure this out for awhile. My car has been acting up all summer (I haven't been driving it because of it). It's been running very rich, and does not put the boost gauge past halfway. I've had a scanner on it to confirm the fuel issue other than the mpg gauge. I've checked...

Re: '95 850 No power

So I just pulled the pump out of the tank and the hose on it was loose on top. Now it has tons of power, thank you everyone for pointing me in the right direction.

Re: '95 850 No power

I could contact the shop that replaced it, as I said it was the PO that had it replaced.

Re: '95 850 No power

I'm not sure on the brand, it was 165.00$ for just the pump. Will it say in a place I can see without dropping the tank?
