So I just pulled the pump out of the tank and the hose on it was loose on top. Now it has tons of power, thank you everyone for pointing me in the right direction.

I could contact the shop that replaced it, as I said it was the PO that had it replaced.

I'm not sure on the brand, it was 165.00$ for just the pump. Will it say in a place I can see without dropping the tank?
