trying to reset maintenance reminder 2008 v70....ridiculously difficult. never works. had it work one time. only dealer seems to be able to do. We've had this car for over 5 years and I've only been able to do it once..always have at least one tenth of a mile on T2 then follow the first instructions...

I bought an Innova OBD II tool some time ago for the Volvo. I had no idea that Volva had a special VIDA DICE tool. Can you tell me what makes them different, or for that matter, what VIDA and DICE stand for? My apologies but I am ignorant in these matters.

Thanks for your response. I replaced the fuel pressure sensor, cleared the codes with my ODB II tool, and that seemed to fix it. I had seen a Youtube video about a weak battery creating bad codes as well, and it turns out that my battery (2years 8 months old) was not up to snuff so I changed it out....
