so looks like someone had the tcv lines hooked up wrong and I'm trying to piece together correctly.
I have the diagram in front of me and i can't figure out where the red line (part 20) plugs into.

had to take the fuse out, because my AC (no matter what setting) is blowing hot air at full blast, even when knob is at off.
I tried recharging it, but still hot air.
