heated seats 850

My two front heated seats stopped working at the same time. Both swithes light up when turned on but no heat. The seats have sips..looking for some help.

Volvo has a recall on the heated seats . They will add a thermostat to prevent overheating

Usually it's the cable that pulls out from the harness. But if both happened at the same time, I'd check fuses first.
