S70 Rear Spoiler "Clips"

Hello. Hope someone out there can help.

I have a 2000 S70 with a spoiler. The "clips" - a simple piece of metal held to the wing with torx screws and clipped to the trunk lid - rusted out.

Volvo wants $26! Is there an aftermarket part, or has someone found something else that'll work?
