In plain text as follows. Note this is for V70, and the VIN splits are different for S70.

Early 98 (flat flanges) is up to chassis no 482681

Chassis 482682 up to 630091 take the late 98 - 99 driveshaft

630092 and up take the 2000 driveshaft

Final piece of data needed. Flange sizes and lengths of shafts and viscous couplers for each of these three options

Both the ‘99 and ‘00 variants use the same visco unit - just the early ‘98 unit is different, and is easily identifiable by its flat flanges (as opposed to cupped on later variants).

And the body is a bit longer, so the most forward arm that takes the last bolt vertical into the frame is shorter.
