There really isn't, at least not easily. Is it stuck in all directions and does it even try to move in either direction? Hopefully it is at least stuck in the closed position.

Mine has gotten stuck/come off track a few times while opening back into the car. I'm fairly sure there's something wedged in the left track, but I can't see anything in it. Both times I have been lucky and been able to give it a good firm slam with my wrist and get it back on track again.
There is no manual crank, though, like BMW's and Fords have. If it still moves at all, about the best thing you can try to do it help force it in whatever direction it needs to go.

Hey Lifestages,
Make sure it isn't frozen. I remember buying my 850 sedan in the winter..and the sunroof didn't want to budge(I tried it while testing the car)...even my local Volvo stealer thought it was offtrack(or so they said...I think they were genuine..haha)...when the weather warmed I had a perfectly working sunroof.

There is an option to over-ride the motor,it is on the motor/gearbox, remove the plastic cover(the one between the visors)the screws on early models are philips & on later ones torque splines. You will see a round slotted key, about 1/2 inch dia, with a small spring loaded button in the centre.Insert a 'meaty' flat head screw driver into the key and the little button will go up,you can now turn the driver which ever way you want.I've had to do a lot of sun roof repairs lately, and once you get to know them,it's not too hard.
