Volvo 850 sunroof cable stuck

Hey
My sunroof has been really sluggish to oprn and retract last summer, had to give it a hand so it would open and close. But now after The winter its stuck wont budge. The motor is working fine, 1 wire i can move freely but The second is stuck wont budge. Its The right side.

Is there possible to fix this somehow? How is the wire attached to The track system?
