Defroster Issue

I have a 2014 XC90 with no air blowing out the defroster when the max defrost button is depressed and lit up. I have performed a calibration and reviewed scan data. No codes are stored in the CCM and when requested the scan data shows 0 for the defroster position. If you select upper on the CCM I get air out the defroster the data reads correctly. I replaced the servo motor for defrost door but I still get the same result. I did perform LIN test and calibration. Any clues as to why the max defrost is not working correctly?
