S80 2001 T6, stalls and starts poorly

Good afternoon. My English is not very good, but I will try to describe the problem in as much detail as I can.
Recently my Volvo 2.9 twin-turbo started stalling at idle and then had trouble starting. Sometimes it started 4-5 times and an error came up "Reduced engine performance V-41" and with it a stabilization error and the rpms stayed at idle 1000. By mistake (which is true, the cheapest ELM scanner) showed an error that describes "Throttle wedge in closed position" . The mechanic took it off, cleaned it (it was a bit dirty), but the problem didn't go away. Now when this message pops up on the dashboard - ELM scanner writes an error DTC P0727. Tell me, has anyone encountered such symptoms, and what helped (because I've seen that replacing the sensor doesn't always help)?
P.S. The engine starts well on a cold engine.
P. P. S. Yesterday I stalled at a crosswalk, started the engine for the 2nd time, and when I was parking in reverse at home I stalled again, but the engine started fine and there were no errors at all.
