One bad bushing out of 4 is not enough to cause severe subframe movement. Most likely you didn't align the subframe when it was bolted on after bushing replacement. Easy to overlook.

This thread is going to stretch onto its second page soon, yet we didn't see wheel alignment numbers! No point in chatting about driveability problems without knowing the numbers. Can't help.

I have an 04 XC90 but please do you know if this tool is required to align the subframe? https://www.adverts.ie/other/genuine-vo ... 4/14716348

1998 volvo s70 turbo AT. Need some help figuring this out...ive replaced both cv axles, both strut/shocks/ both sway arms..control arms are 2 years old. And had a front end alignment tires are new air up properly... So it feels like all the weight is on the axles i can feel every little bump in the road and it hits like i hit a mountain. It sorta feels like a tire is woobling as well theres alot of brakepad dust i just cant figure what it could be

“… control arms are 2 years old…”
Were those control arms Volvo brand or aftermarket?

I would then look into tire pressure, then control arms as mentioned above. An alignment wouldn't hurt but not sure that would cause pulling only under acceleration.

Hit the forum to find which aftermarket parts are worth buying ;)
They are both easy to replace, but I advise replacing them in pairs. Basically if one has gone bad, the other one picks up the slack and both go bad.

EDIT:Wow I must have necroposted.
