Pem should see continuous 12v feed, its ground side switched via CEM?
You'd have to look at the circuit diagram to trace the signal wire.

PEM has been verified to get 12v as soon as you crank the key.. who knows if its continuous because car dont start lol wire from the PEM to the pump should be solid since I use the actual PEM plug to power the fuel pump (then it runs and starts) Id assume since PEM sees power CEM and all other relays are fine? unless you can think of something else. Car is 2004 S60.. vin 64 non turbo
