Im trying to source one on Lisle Volvo great parts website for my 2005 but can't find it..
I have the small cover up front but I think (?) there is another cover behind it that covers most of the engine?
Anyone have a diagram or even better, the part number for this one?

Check out this site...
http://www.volvopartswebstore.com
I found it under 2007 S60 2.5T, Engine Mounting 5-cylinder, Item #50 Protecting Plate. If you search for the 2005 year model, though, it is the exact same part number, but is Item #46 on that year's diagram. Price is exactly the same, too.
Screen shot below for the 2005 image.

I'm not suggesting that he pay the dealer... I was just providing all the associated details for the part number for his used parts search effort.

jonesg is right, though, a junk yard is your best bet for the cheapie. That particular part number I found is an "upgraded flat sheet metal plate with individually removable plastic access panels. Nice upgrade, but they sure are proud of them, too!

I don't think I have either of those plates on my P2. Could be a big bill at the PnP

One more option may be a cheapo "build your own" approach. My 20yo son has a Subaru Outback, and amongst the Subie groupies, it's trendy to purchase and modify used road signs (large 30"+ signs, i.e. stop signs, etc.).
I know that's not really a classy solution, but it does offer an inexpensive option with a heavy gauge aluminum plate. Lots of those large signs can be had on eBay for the $20-$50 range. As long as you didn't steal the sign, there is no issue with legality, and you can always rattle can the sign in black to make it a little more classy looking.
