Defective ABS unit and others complaint link: NHTSA

Link to report parts failures, and view investigations, advisories and testing results: http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/.

This is the place to complain if your ABS unit is defective, for example. If there are enough complaints for one model, the government can force an automaker to announce a recall, such as the later model year Volvo 850 seat heater recall currently underway.

Question is if the recall for faulty seat heaters is only like in the '96, '97 years, when my '93 850 burned a hole in my seat as it shorted out. Doesn't seem fair to leave out the earlier years.
