NO gas in 95 850 turbo
Car turns but will not start. I am not getting gas. How do I test to check the fuel pump and fuel pump relay?

I had same problem. It happened on 3/2004 ,2/2005.
I had my car towed to the dealer and next day it worked fine .
And they could not find the cause.

What kind of car is it?
To check for fuel pump and/or fuel pump relay function, turn the car off. Put the key in position II w/ the hood open. After a few seconds you should be able to hear the fuel pump prime the system. It's a humming sound. Also, take the cap off the driver's side of the fuel rail and press on the schraeder valve w/ key in position II. Fuel should come out if your pump and FPR are working.
Have you checked for any DTC codes?
