XC90 2005 Can't move the gear knob to 'R' or 'P'?

When I stopped my XC90 and tried to put my gear to park, I was unable to do it. I also cannot put it to reverse. I tried to drove it and it still working OK BUT when I stopped I still cannot put my gear to Park. Now I cannot pull out the key as I can only put the gear to N. What happended to my gear or the gear knob?
