Hi am from Fiji
Please help me how can I programme my key for s40 T4 1999?
have got the from Volvo and already cut, ignition switches on with lights but does ot start>>>

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

Only the dealer can programme the key using his diagnostic equipment. You should have been told this when you bought the key.
