did you verif your fuel pressure ?

last trick that would work, it did for me after all the cleaning i disconected the positive terminal to the batt and letf it out for over 20 min to have the system relearn, an other member here suggested to disconnect pos terminal and turn ingnition key to on put back to off and REMOVE KEY PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO REMOVE KEY and reconnect batt pos terminal to have the car relearn...

if codes d ont come back its a good start
