SRS diagnostic light and more (96' 850)

When I startup the SRS diagnostic light stays on longer than it used too (was just 5 to 10 seconds and went out with all other lights) now stays on after other lights for approx. 15 to 25 seconds. When it goes out the RPM drops for a moment and the engine almost cuts out then comes back and no problem until next time I start the engine. Next year the airbags expire, anything with that maybe? Also I saw the SRS control is in the center console. coffee spills over the years and the rear windows do not go up, anything there maybe?? I still need my coffee!
