Suspension 740 1990 leans to left
My 1990 740 with 300K miles leans slightly to the left. Has done this for years. Alignment seems good and there is no noise. Is there something I should consider correcting?

Nope
I assume the car is mainly driven with only one person.
You can lube the sway bar bushings with Sil-glyde ( do not use a petroleum based grease here) and then put the car up on jack stands for a few hours. This will let the spring strech back out a little. It will always lean a little now but if the tires wear correctly its fine.
The way bar busings sometimes bind up and hold one side of the car down. Use only silicone grease. I like to disconnect the sway bar end links and slide the bar a little left to right as I apply the grease to the front and rear sway bars (technically they are called anti sway bars).
