Up to 2400x2400 pixels now. That's pretty big, and should cover everything but the newest cameras set on "maximum" file size.
Some other related settings I loosened also.
I don't want users (you!) to upload to ImageShack or Photobucket, and by relaxing the restrictions we'll see more images hosted here.
That means I want you to "attach" photos, if you have them, to posts, using the built-in photo upload system.
Reason: a) we have more space on the server to work with now, around 30GB I believe, and b) the moderators and I have been noticing gone-forever images once hosted at those image hosting services, with a lame "this image no longer hosted here" taunt.
