Hi

new to posting on forum-although I have been reading it for few years now.

I have a stubborn oil leak coming around oil pump, after oil pump seal and gasket have been replaced. Some oil pump replacement kits come with a small O ring that I can't seem to find on my car ; and that might be the place of leak.

I couldn't find any oil pump compartment schematics online either.
Can somebody help?

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

The attached is from VADIS. I can only find one O ring in the oil pump, part #3, and it isn't a small one.

Bill this was really helpful.
Suction line is positioned slightly differently on my engine-could you please send whole document (both pages) so that I could look at all parts and all ring locations?
