Meh. It depends what you've been making the car do. After long trips or being mean to my car, I'll let mine idle for about a minute or so. If you just make a quick trip to the store or something, 10-15 seconds is probably fine. If you use synthetic oil, you don't need to worry about that as much - coking is much less of a problem with these turbos than the old oil-cooled ones used in older cars.

241k milkes. and she runs great. have a vacum leak *I think* lol. and just needs some typical stuff done to her but shes great. hope to have her for another 241,000.
Which reminds me.. Hmmm a Tbelt... Perhaps I should look into that. haha.

My 95 850 Turbo wagon only gots 105k miles on it and ive replaced the right cv axle oil cooler lines.. It runs rich and i think it needs new muffler and cat cuz it blowes out blue smoke when i give it gas..

Blue smoke suggests you're burning oil.

when i got insurance on my 95 850 turbo wagon the guy for geiko said that volvo bost that this is the only car that can get 1,000,000 miles with regular maintence. and i had total oil loss from oil line coming lose from radiator. LONKED UP BEFORE OIL LIGHT CAME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
