Help Needed. Tried reprogramming the fob with no result. Topic is solved

Tried reprogramming the remote to my 93 850 but with no success. After turning the key on and off five times, the red LED light does not come on. Could I have a problem with somethin else.

Try it with the driver side window down and do the exact same steps... also make sure the batteries in the fob's are not weak. My light never came on to indicate it took ...
