Took me about an hour, but some of that was set-up etc, and I did it on the side of the road (garage has a work in progress 360 in it...)
I used an extra spring compressor as a safety measure and a cordless drill to wind them up rather than a socket driver. I also replaced the link rods while I was in there. If you are replacing the link rod, just use an impact wrench to get the not off rather than stuffing about. Much easier.
