V70 2001 Error code 1633 failed smog

V70 2001 Error code 1633 failed smog

I was getting a Smog Test and Check engine light was on. I continued the Smog Test so I could get the code. It was the Code 1633 for KAM Voltage Too Low. How can I fix this, or is it one of those "step away from the tool box and drive to a pro mechanic". Any help will be appreciated.
