exhaust keeps hitting drive shaft Topic is solved

My xc 70 has a terrible noise occur when going through wet snow. The rotating drive shaft keeps wearing on the exhaust and under carriage parts. It makes a horrific whine and grinding noise and makes the car shake. anyone else have this. My dealer can not seem to fix problem. They put shims in but can not prevent the rubbing.

Okay, maybe this is too simple to be a fix, but can't most good exhaust/muffler shops fabricate custom fitting exhaust pieces? It seems logical that they could slightly bend the exhaust out of the way of the driveline.
