Removing tires

Post by bpvolvo »

I bought a used 1999 S80 and was going to rotate tires. Took off 5 lug nuts from the front tire but it wouldn't budge. Is there some other bolt , nut, or whatever?

I don't know for a fact that there is or isn't something else, but I'd be really surprised if there was. I'd hit it with some WD-40 and give one side of the wheel a good bump with your foot. It could be rusted.

Only 5 lug nuts hold the wheel on. It's probably rusted a little on the hub.
Try what matthew1 suggests.

yah, you just got to hit it a little, there is nothing else holding it.
