760 GLE 1987 Sunroof repair

I have removed the metal sunroof lid to fit a new wind seal,which is no problem,however I want to remove the sliding trim panel to renovate it,the 'flap' has been removed ok, but can't seem to find a way of getting the main trim panel out.Any help or advice Welcome! :?:
